Producing opportunity

Co-Producer

Sprocket Theatre is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic producer to join their team in working alongside artistic director Lila Whelan in taking THE RULES to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in August 2015.

The position would suit an emerging producer who is loves new writing and is looking to experience Edinburgh, develop industry contacts and knowledge, and gain valuable skills collaborating with a passionate theatre company.

Duties are likely to include:
finding rehearsal space
finding and working with production team
assisting with fundraising
assisting with PR and marketing
sourcing accommodation / booking trains

Hours
Part time with regular production meetings in run up to the festival.
You will also be expected to be part of the Edinburgh team for a minimum of one week

Fee
A small fee is currently guaranteed. This is liable to increase dependent on successful outcome of fundraising.
Please note this is a freelance position.
